• Proficient in professional written English.
• Willingness to hand over developed material for others to teach.
• Proven track record in fine-tuning classical ML/small foundation models.
• Experience in shipping containerized inference services to production.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant serving in production (routing, queueing, isolation).
• Experience in quantization and caching with demonstrable cost reduction in serving.
