Remote Network Engineer

Description:

• Seeking an experienced Network Engineer for the Global Support Center (GSC) team.
• Role involves escalation for complex network incidents and supports 24×7 operations for critical infrastructure.
• Requires strong hands-on experience in enterprise networking and firewall technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in networking, cloud administration, or related IT infrastructure roles.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP or equivalent.
• Strong fundamentals in TCP/IP, routing & switching, subnetting, VLANs, and NAT.
• Experience with Azure networking and VPN connectivity.
• Hands-on experience with major firewall platforms (e.g., Barracuda CloudGen Firewalls, FortiGate Firewalls).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to mentor others.
