Remote Network Engineer

Description:

• Seeking a skilled Remote Network Engineer to support the design, implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of network infrastructure.
• Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient connectivity across internal systems, remote users, business locations, and connected devices.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in network engineering, network administration, or a related IT role.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Knowledge of network security principles and best practices.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple technical priorities remotely.
• Cisco, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or similar certification is a plus.
• Experience supporting distributed or remote teams is preferred.
