Description:

  • Seeking a Level 3 / Tier 3 network support engineer with programming skills to support autonomous infrastructure.
  • Role involves maintaining network stability, analyzing data, and automating operations.

Requirements:

  • Must have experience as a Level 3 / Tier 3 / Principal Support Engineer in enterprise infrastructure.
  • Must have hands-on experience with enterprise networks (switches, APs, firewalls).
  • Must have scripting experience (Python, Bash, Ansible, PowerShell) for operational tasks.
  • Comfortable interpreting logs, events, and time-series metrics.
  • Experience with data pipelines and automation is a plus.
  • Curiosity about machine learning and data processing is essential.

Benefits:
