Remote Network Operations Engineer L3

Description:

• Act as the highest technical escalation point for complex network incidents and major outages.
• Maintain stability, resilience, and performance of wired, wireless, and WAN infrastructure.
• Mentor engineers and influence the future direction of the network.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in ISP, MSP, or Enterprise Network Operations environment.
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP networking, Layer 2 and Layer 3 switching and routing.
• Strong experience with enterprise wireless technologies and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
• Experience with routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and enterprise firewalls, VPNs, and network security.
• Minimum 3–5 years in a Network Operations or Network Engineering role.
