Remote Senior Network Engineer

Description:

• Lead technical delivery of customer projects and act as technical lead on network faults and major incidents.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Account Managers, and fellow engineers, ensuring technical quality and documentation.
• Hands-on, customer-facing role with UK site travel and occasional planned out-of-hours work.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in core solutions: SD-WAN (Meraki, Fortinet, Viptela), LAN and WLAN (Cisco, Meraki), Security (Fortinet, Firepower).
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for high-pressure network issues.
• Ability to provide solid technical support for critical incidents, escalations, and change requests.
• Must have a valid driving license.
