Description:
Provide Tier 2 end-to-end monitoring, troubleshooting, and technical support for wired and wireless network systems and software applications.
Collaborate with clinical and IT personnel, sales, and customer account teams to support digital product adoption and resolve complex networking issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline; or 5 years equivalent experience in a network support center environment.
Knowledge of network operations, TCP/IP, HTTPS, VPN technology, and cybersecurity best practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment, including flexibility for weekend and holiday support.
Up to 25% travel required.
