As a Full Stack Engineer, you will build product experiences and technical systems to help employees understand and use their benefits.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering, preferably in web-based applications.
Strong experience with TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks (Next.js), Node.js, APIs, and service-oriented architecture.
Experience with AI/LLM models, AWS, SQL databases, and testing methodologies.
Product-minded with strong instincts for user experience and collaboration.
