• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization, reporting, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Practical experience with dbt; Python knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency and fluent Ukrainian for team communication.
