Description:
- Build the backend platform for Lyric's product teams and AI agents, taking problems from design to production.
- Work on core platform services and the agentic layer for building and orchestrating agents.
Requirements:
- Strong fundamentals in problem decomposition, data structures, low-level design, and debugging.
- Experience with production systems you have built and owned, including handling failures and evolution.
- Ability to explain APIs, databases, and system behavior beyond the framework layer; exact stack match is less critical.
- Startup experience with a hands-on ownership style and clear communication skills.
