Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience in development (e.g., Angular, NodeJS, C#, .NET, Java, SQL) and IT infrastructure.
Proven ability to provide innovative solutions and adapt to changes in work tasks.
Experience in coaching/mentoring, technical architecture design, and stakeholder consulting.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills, both verbal and written.
