Description:

Lead the advancement of Wellmark's engineering capabilities and deliver scalable, resilient technology solutions.
Collaborate with product teams, architects, and business functions to establish technical direction and promote engineering best practices.
Serve as a trusted technical leader, influencing architectural decisions and driving modernization efforts.
Coach and mentor product teams to improve quality, security, maintainability, and delivery velocity.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum 7 years of experience in development (e.g., Angular, NodeJS, C#, .NET, Java) and IT infrastructure.
Proven ability to adapt to major changes in work tasks or environment.
Informal leadership experience and demonstrated coaching/mentoring skills.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
