Description:
- Join Sectigo as a mid-level PostgreSQL DBA to manage database infrastructure in a hybrid environment (on-premise and GCP).
- Key responsibilities include migrating PostgreSQL databases to EnterpriseDB (EDB) for high availability and optimizing infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or related field preferred; 2+ years of relevant experience acceptable.
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on PostgreSQL administration experience in production environments.
- Experience with EnterpriseDB (EDB), high availability using EFM, and automated failover tools (e.g., Patroni).
- Strong SQL performance tuning skills and Linux systems administration experience.
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform) and database observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
