The Power BI Architect will lead the design, strategy, and governance of the enterprise BI platform using Microsoft Power BI and the Azure ecosystem.
This role includes assessing infrastructure requirements, defining best practices, guiding BI Engineers, enabling security, handling large data, and ensuring scalable, high-performing BI solutions that align with business needs.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics, with at least 5+ years in Power BI architecture.
Proven experience in designing scalable BI/analytics infrastructure solutions is required.
Expertise in Power BI Premium/Fabric, DAX, Power Query (M), Tabular Models, and large semantic/OLAP models is essential.
Strong knowledge of Azure Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake, and SQL Server is necessary.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps, deployment pipelines) is required.
Candidates should be skilled in refresh automation, monitoring, and troubleshooting large models.
A strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and enterprise security frameworks is needed.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are essential.
Experience working with Microsoft partner teams on solution alignment and best practices is preferred.
