Description:
- Join AHEAD as a Presales Solutions Architect for ServiceNow, driving digital transformation and innovative business solutions.

Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a solution/sales engineer or consultant in a software company.
- Strong functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and ITIL Foundations v3 or higher certification.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to present technical material clearly.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and web development concepts.
