Description:

  • The role involves developing vendor-neutral AI strategies, conducting readiness assessments, and advising on multi-vendor AI solutions.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of contact center experience, including 3+ years in AI strategy and programs.
  • Strong knowledge of CCaaS platforms and major AI services (Google, Amazon, Microsoft).
  • Proven ability to translate complex business problems into actionable AI roadmaps and business cases.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills for engaging with non-technical leaders.
