Requirements:
- Proven experience leading architecture and delivery at Senior Staff or Principal level.
- Deep expertise in backend, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
- Ability to manage production software, integrations, and tradeoffs effectively.
- Strong skills in turning ambiguity into focused plans and gaining alignment.
- Experience mentoring senior engineers into stronger technical leaders.
