Description:
- Join Turnitin as a Principal Backend Software Engineer in a remote-first culture focused on education integrity solutions.
- Build and maintain scalable backend services related to grading and feedback functionality using AWS Lambda and related technologies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience in backend development.
- Expert-level proficiency in Java or another programming language suitable for AWS Lambda.
- Extensive experience with AWS serverless services, particularly Lambdas & DynamoDB.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical design reviews.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve complex technical challenges.
