Description:

  • Senior, customer-facing technical role within Customer Success for strategic accounts.
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact, driving product integration and technical alignment.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Customer Engineer, Senior Consultant).
  • Expert-level Kubernetes knowledge and strong Linux systems fundamentals.
  • Experience with OpenStack core services and Neutron networking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and willingness to travel (20-30%).
