Description:
- Lead analysis of hospital quality performance and national rankings for health system customers.
- Design dashboards and benchmarking tools, ensuring methodological rigor and validation.
- Present findings to customer leadership and mentor analysts.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Health Sciences, or Master's in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years in healthcare data analytics focusing on hospital quality measurement.
- Hands-on experience with national quality rankings and Medicare claims data.
- Advanced SQL and proficiency in Python or R; strong statistical methods knowledge.

- Base salary range: $110,500 - $149,500, plus equity package and annual bonuses.
