Description:

  • Lead the development of GIA, an AI for General Counsel and HR teams, focusing on data science, engineering, and product analytics.
  • Build data infrastructure, analyze product usage, create models, define metrics, run experiments, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in data science, data engineering, and analytics.
  • Proficient in SQL and Python; experience with Databricks or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of LLMs, traditional ML techniques, and pipeline engineering.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
