• 5+ years of experience in public-facing roles advocating for developers' needs.
• Strong communication skills across various formats (talks, blogs, tutorials).
• Experience in community leadership and partner engagement.
• A trusted voice in the industry with a large technical audience.
• Bonus: Experience with security-conscious developer communities or products.
