Description:

  • Lead the development of Datapay, a SaaS Payroll platform, ensuring accurate payroll processing and compliance.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design teams, Tech Leads, and Architects to deliver value to customers and mentor engineering teams.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in Software Development, with 4+ years in a senior or principal-level role in a large IT organization.
  • Expert-level proficiency in C#/.NET and .NET Core; proficiency in Python.
  • Experience with hexagonal architecture, evolving monolithic systems, and distributed systems challenges.
  • Knowledge of web front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, React) and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
