Description:

  • Serve as the product owner for GenAI capabilities within PointClickCare.
  • Build infrastructure connecting AI systems with existing products for seamless delivery of AI-generated insights.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in AI platform infrastructure, Kubernetes, and container security.
  • Expertise in observability and monitoring frameworks, particularly real-time performance (e.g., OpenTelemetry, MLFlow).
  • Familiarity with AI infrastructure components like vector databases and prompt/versioning stores.
  • Preferred: Experience with vLLM, SGLang, CI/CD pipelines, and authentication frameworks.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $179,000 - $199,000, plus bonus and benefits.
  • Individual compensation assessed based on experience, skills, and market context.
