Description:

Serve as the senior technical authority for mechanical and cooling infrastructure in hyperscale AI data centers.
Ensure operational readiness and continuous improvement of systems that maintain optimal thermal conditions for AI workloads.

Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on experience in mission-critical mechanical and cooling systems, with at least 5 years in a senior technical role.
Deep knowledge of chilled water plants, CDUs, refrigeration cycles, and ASHRAE thermal guidelines.
Strong written communication skills and ability to lead root cause analysis on mechanical events.
Willingness to travel extensively (50-75%) across the fleet.
