Remote Principal Quality Assurance Engineer

Description:

• Renesas is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for AI High Density Power Modules.
• Responsible for supporting Supplier Quality Systems, evaluating key process metrics, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supplier quality management, including supplier selection and quality improvement.
• Knowledge of component suppliers and PCB assembly, especially SMT.
• Experience with problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5-Why, fishbone analyses).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of ISO9001 standards and quality tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA).
