Description:

Join Rescale's Compliance team to automate and mature a multi-framework compliance program.
Serve as a senior contributor driving control implementation, audit readiness, and cross-framework harmonization.
Own complex compliance problems from control design to auditor engagement.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience with multiple compliance frameworks and audits.
Deep expertise in at least one security framework (e.g., SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
Exposure to other frameworks (e.g., GDPR, ITAR) and relevant certifications (CISM, CISSP) are a plus.
US Citizenship is required due to the nature of the work.
