• Principal Software Engineer for AI Email Applications, responsible for engineering layer and architecture across backend services, APIs, and client applications.
• Hands-on leadership role, leading a small team of senior engineers while staying close to the code and making critical architectural decisions.
• 100% Remote position.

Requirements:

• Experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) is required.
• Significant experience in leading application or product engineering for complex systems.
• Strong hands-on background in building and shipping backend systems used in production.
• Experience with AI-powered products or systems integrating with Machine Learning (ML)/Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities.
• Strong technical judgment and decision-making skills with incomplete information.
• Expertise in backend and client platforms, with deep knowledge in at least one.
• High standards for code quality, reliability, and engineering fundamentals.
