Experience shipping production LLM systems where correctness is critical, ideally in regulated domains (fintech, legal, healthcare, regtech).
Strong ability to build evaluations and maintain golden datasets to catch regressions.
Good judgment on when to use models versus deterministic functions, prioritizing compliance.
Proven experience as a 0→1 builder, capable of owning and operating systems in production.
Commitment to engineering hygiene as a default practice.
