Requirements:

15+ years of experience in building and operating large-scale production systems.
Proven experience in designing data ingestion, extraction, or processing systems at scale.
Deep expertise in distributed systems, data platforms, AI/ML-powered extraction, or infrastructure engineering.
Strong understanding of system reliability, observability, and failure modes.
Experience in reducing operational overhead through better system design.
Track record of technical leadership across teams without formal management.
Passion for responsible AI use in delivering scalable systems.
Nice to have: experience with document understanding, NLP, financial data extraction, cloud-native architectures, and internal platforms.
