Description:

  • Weave is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead technical strategy for patient-facing and practice-facing features in healthcare applications.
  • The role involves shaping architectural decisions, solving complex cross-team problems, and mentoring engineers to enhance organizational technical capability.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on technical leadership.
  • Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-team initiatives with measurable outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in distributed systems, event streaming, scalable data stores, and cloud-native infrastructure.
  • Strong backend engineering skills, preferably in Go, with experience in Python, Java, or C# acceptable.
