  • Regular demonstrations of progress during weekly internal demos are expected.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have experience designing and shipping commercially available software products at scale that customers love.
  • Experience in building and shipping self-service B2B SaaS products at scale is required.
  • Expert knowledge of at least one major systems programming language is necessary.
  • The ability to learn Typescript or Rust is essential.
  • Experience in shipping serverless software on AWS or having distributed systems experience is required.
  • Candidates should have experience working at a fast-growing startup.
  • Comfort with remote, asynchronous, and independent work is necessary.
  • Strong time management habits and the ability to maintain a quiet working environment are required.
  • Fluency in technologies such as GitHub, AWS, Auth0, TypeScript, Rust, GitHub Copilot, and Claude is expected.
  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in the field is required.
  • The ability to thrive in a fully remote organization is essential.
