Description:

  • Lead the security, identity, and access management capabilities for Conga's B2B products.
  • Manage a team of 5 to 8 engineers and set technical direction for authentication and authorization across the platform.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of backend software engineering experience with enterprise SaaS services.
  • 3+ years of experience in designing and operating shared identity and platform-security services (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).
  • Proficiency in modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python, TypeScript, Scala, Rust).
  • Strong experience with RESTful APIs and SQL data stores.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
