Sezzle is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to lead the evolution of authentication and authorization systems.
This fully remote role offers principal-level scope and ownership in a growing fintech company.

Requirements:

12+ years of software engineering experience with significant backend expertise.
Deep knowledge of authentication and authorization systems (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT).
Proficiency in Golang and experience with SQL-based RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience designing and operating an API gateway or auth proxy at scale.
Proven track record in leading large-scale service migrations with minimal customer impact.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Competitive salary range of $6,000 - $11,000 per month, negotiable based on experience.
