Description:

  • Serve as a Principal Solutions Engineer at Cresta, focusing on AI transformation in customer experience.
  • Partner with Sales Directors to guide prospective customers through discovery, design, and validation of AI-powered solutions.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years in customer-facing roles, including 1–3 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering in enterprise software or contact center.
  • Deep knowledge of contact center solutions and AI/ML technologies, especially LLMs and SLMs.
  • Experience with CRM tools, real-time systems, and the ability to communicate complex solutions clearly.
