Description:

  • Principal-level linguist responsible for linguistic standards and quality in speech and audio model workflows.
  • Define and establish transcription and segmentation standards, quality frameworks, and human-in-the-loop workflows.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of industry experience in transcription, segmentation, and speech-data quality.
  • Bachelor's degree in linguistics, phonetics, or computational linguistics; advanced degree preferred.
  • Fluency in phonetic transcription and IPA, with hands-on experience in acoustic analysis.
  • Proficiency with modern speech stack tools and scripting for speech-data work.
  • Multilingual capability and experience with diverse speech types.
