Description:

  • Lead the reliability strategy and standards for LinkedIn's critical systems as a Principal Staff Software Engineer.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance system resiliency, reduce incidents, and improve operational readiness.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years in software/infrastructure engineering, with 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience with large-scale distributed systems and defining reliability standards (SLOs, SLIs).

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $226,000 to $369,000, based on experience and location.
