Requirements:

• Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and Node (or a very similar stack), along with a history of shipping production code is required.
• A track record of influencing product and business direction through engineering insights is necessary.
• Familiarity with or interest in applied AI/LLM techniques and their application in real products is expected.
• The candidate must have the ability to work across the full product lifecycle, including specifying features, testing, iterating, and validating with users.
• A generalist mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to business needs is essential.
• The candidate should be willing to travel occasionally to Austin or team offsites.
