Description:

Deliver complex technical implementations for customer projects as a subject matter expert.
Lead the implementation of technical designs from Solution Architects and Technical Consultants.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction and solution quality.
Collaborate with Project Managers to meet milestones and delivery standards.
Conduct technical knowledge-transfer workshops and produce high-quality documentation.
Maintain strong knowledge of all products and solutions in the practice.

Requirements:

Experience as a Support Analyst or Engineer with troubleshooting skills.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud and security technologies (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Azure).
Hands-on experience with Microsoft identity and access security services (Conditional Access, PIM, RBAC).
Experience deploying Microsoft XDR solutions (Defender for Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps, Office 365).
Strong technical documentation and reporting skills.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Strong problem-solving ability and a desire for continuous improvement.
