Description:

  • Lead the growth and operations of insurance directories to enhance patient acquisition for psychiatric care.
  • Own the full directory funnel from provider data accuracy to patient scheduling and completed visits.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in provider-data management, payer operations, or related fields.
  • Experience with payer directories, provider-finder tools, and data reconciliation across multiple systems.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare data standards (NPI, CAQH, taxonomy codes).
  • Proficient in Google Sheets/Excel and basic SQL or automation tools.
