5+ years of experience in Python backend development.
Solid experience with Django and asynchronous programming using asyncio.
Production experience with Apache Kafka.
Strong experience with distributed systems and microservices.
Familiarity with Docker and cloud providers, preferably AWS.
Proficiency with SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation.
Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Strong problem-solving skills and experience with code reviews.
Comfortable working in Agile teams and willing to participate in on-call rotations.
English level: B2 or higher.
