Description:

  • Clara is a leading spend management platform in Latin America, seeking a QA Automation Lead to own the test automation strategy and frameworks.
  • This role involves technical leadership, partnering with Engineering Directors and Product teams to ensure automation is the default for release confidence.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in software quality engineering with deep automation experience.
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (Playwright preferred) for web and API.
  • Strong programming skills in TypeScript and/or JavaScript; familiarity with SQL and API testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD integration (GitHub Actions) and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven technical leadership and strong stakeholder communication skills.
