Remote QA Junior

Description:

• Execute manual tests on web, mobile applications, and APIs.
• Validate functionalities according to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform regression testing after fixes and new releases.
• Identify, log, and track defects and inconsistencies.
• Document test evidence.
• Create, document, and maintain test cases and checklists.
• Collaborate with development and product teams.
• Participate in agile rituals.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated tests.

Requirements:

• Experience in manual testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Basic knowledge of software testing and bug lifecycle tracking.
• Basic understanding of API testing (Postman, Insomnia, or similar).
• Familiarity with automated testing concepts.
• Knowledge of BDD / Gherkin.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban).
• Basic SQL knowledge for data validation.
• Proficient in version control tools (Git).
• Familiarity with task and bug management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar).
