Requirements:

Strong knowledge of the mortgage domain, including loan lifecycle, disclosures, calculations, and compliance rules.
Experience validating financial calculations and regulatory requirements, with the ability to assess business correctness.
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Compliance, Product, QA) and strong attention to detail in document-heavy environments.
Desire to learn automation with AI tooling.
