Remote QA Lead - Release and Automation

Description:

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers to enhance technical excellence and continuous improvement.
• Design and implement AI-powered automation frameworks for release validation and overall QA strategy.
• Oversee development of UI and API test suites, and perform complex data validation using PostgreSQL.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into testing requirements.

Requirements:

• 4+ years in QA Team Management and hands-on automation testing.
• 3+ years in a Release Quality role focused on automating release validation.
• Experience in designing and maintaining automation frameworks with AI-based tools.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., TeamCity, Jenkins).
• Upper-Intermediate English for effective collaboration.
