Description:

Architect, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch.
Write and execute clean, maintainable automated tests for UI, API, and backend services.
Conduct manual exploratory testing for complex new features and edge cases.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define acceptance criteria and build comprehensive test strategies.
Foster a "quality first" culture across cross-functional tech teams.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience with modern automation tools like Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, or Cypress.
Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or AWS CodePipeline.
Strong capability in backend testing, RESTful API validation, and database querying (SQL).
Excellent English communication skills and previous experience in financial services is highly desirable.
Self-motivated and disciplined to work full-time remotely with 6 hours overlap with CET.
