Remote Staff QA Software Engineer

Description:

• Join OpenMined as a QA Lead to build the quality function from the ground up in a mission-driven nonprofit.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, operating as an engineering peer.
• Proficiency in Python; TypeScript and Go preferred.
• Experience integrating testing frameworks from scratch in at least two ecosystems.
• Defined quality standards and production-readiness criteria for an engineering organization.
• Fluency in integrating CI/CD quality gates into workflows.
• Experience introducing testing culture to teams.
