Description:

  • Lead the QC & Data Management team to ensure quality research data collection adhering to SOPs, GCP, FDA, and protocol guidelines.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of study charts, enter data accurately, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the QC Data Entry department and train new employees on QC/DE processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years in the department and 2 years in a related clinical research role, with applicable industry certification.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology, GCP, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
