Description:

Lead the Quality Assurance, Food Safety & Nutrition (QFSN) strategy for McDonald’s UK & Ireland, ensuring high standards across the supply chain and restaurants.
Provide strategic direction and governance, working closely with suppliers, restaurants, and internal stakeholders to foster a strong food safety culture.

Requirements:

Proven senior leadership experience in food safety, quality assurance, or technical roles in high-risk food environments.
Strong track record in incident leadership, risk management, and regulatory engagement, with the ability to influence at the Executive level.
Degree in Food Science or equivalent experience; advanced HACCP and food safety credentials expected.
