Remote Quality Assurance & UAT Engineer – Dialer

Description:

• Seeking a Quality Assurance & UAT Engineer with expertise in manual testing, UAT, dialer/outbound contact center testing, and end-to-end integration testing.
• Responsibilities include planning and executing UAT, reviewing business requirements, performing end-to-end testing, validating dialer functionality, and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, UAT, Manual Testing, or related roles.
• Strong experience with dialer/outbound contact center testing and API testing.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and defect management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
